Patty: Playing with Scraps and Inserts






Patty pieced the squares from scraps and wanted to try using inserts.
It was so fun, she soon had a whole quilt.  No pattern--original design.

    Assuming she means how big are the blocks, they are six inches finished. The top is 60 X 60 inches, 10 blocks, 10 rows. Patty

    Somehow this quilt struck me as looking like a mish-mash of tartans. But then working with my tartan scraps has been on my mind for a while now!
